Colchester Rescue CPR Training Center

There is a $5.00 fee for duplicate cards.  If you need a duplicate card, please contact the Training Center at (802) 655-3555.  Either the course participant or instructor may call in to request a duplicate card, but the instructor name and date of class is required.

Generally payment is preferred before we issue the card.  Cash or check are accepted and can be dropped off at the Rescue station or mailed to the following address:
